What services does Printyard Ink offer?

We specialize in silkscreen printing and special print effects, including Carbon, Flock, High Density, Puff/Embossed, Rhinestones, Fabric Emboss, Metallic, Glitter, Appliqué, Rhinestuds, Caviar, Sponge, and more. We also provide free inner labels as an added value for our clients.

What makes Printyard Ink different from other printing providers?

Printyard Ink is recognized as the House of Special Print Effects. We use imported materials and specialty inks to ensure premium quality and long-lasting results. We also value confidentiality, working under NDAs to protect your brand’s designs and intellectual property.

Can you accommodate bulk orders?

Yes. We regularly handle small to large production runs, from startup clothing brands to established apparel companies. Minimums vary depending on the service, but we’ll guide you to the best option for your needs.

Do you accept custom designs?

Absolutely. We work with client-provided designs, whether for streetwear, lifestyle collections, uniforms, or event merchandise. Our team can also advise on design adjustments to ensure the best possible print outcome.

How durable are your print effects?

Our prints are designed for long-lasting wear. With proper care, effects like Carbon, High Density, Flock, Puff, Glitter, and Rhinestones maintain their quality even after multiple washes. Durability is why we choose imported inks, rhinestones, and materials, plus a precise curing process.

Do you provide samples before full production?

Yes. We can create samples for approval before proceeding with mass production. This ensures the print quality, texture, and placement match your expectations. Sampling fees apply if there is no actual PO request.

How long does production take?

Production timelines depend on order size, design complexity, and chosen effects. Standard lead times are typically 2–3 weeks, but rush jobs may be considered depending on our current production schedule.

What fabrics work best with your special effects?

Most of our effects are ideal for cotton and blended fabrics, though some (like Fabric Emboss or Appliqué) are best suited to specific textile types. We’ll advise you on the best fabric for your chosen effect.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Printyard Ink caters to both local and international brands. We can coordinate with your courier of choice or assist with shipping arrangements to get your products delivered on time.

How do I get started with a project?

Reach out through our website or social media channels with your design details, preferred print effect, and quantity. We’ll provide a quotation, production timeline, and step-by-step process to get your project moving.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMIZATION AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS?

We accept both client-provided and co-created designs. To achieve the best print quality, we recommend sending vector files or high-resolution artwork. Our design team can assist in refining your layout, sizing, and placement to ensure your vision translates perfectly on fabric.

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR DESIGNS?

We accept PSD, PDF, and PNG (300 DPI minimum). For clean and precise prints, vector files are highly preferred. If your file isn’t in the correct format, we can help convert or adjust it for production readiness.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS?

To begin production, an 80% down payment is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due before pick-up or shipping.
We only accept Bank Transfer and Cash Payments. Official invoices are issued for all transactions.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OR PICK-UP OPTIONS?

Yes! You can pick up orders from our Biñan, Laguna studio or request delivery via Lalamove, Grab, J&T, or your preferred courier. Shipping fees are shouldered by the client, and we ensure every parcel is securely packed before dispatch.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS, DAMAGES, OR REPRINTS?

We perform strict quality control on every order. However, in the rare case of a production defect caused by our end, we offer free reprints or replacements.
Refunds apply only for orders that have not yet entered production. Any client-approved designs, once printed, are non-refundable.

Please note that if the damage was caused by human error or if the print was intentionally stressed, pulled, or manipulated beyond normal use, we will not replace or reprint the item.
All prints have a natural breaking point, but this can only occur under excessive or forced conditions. Proper care and handling ensure your prints stay in their best form and appearance.

Production lead times vary depending on quantity and effect, but standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from design approval.
